This isn’t typical life or executive coaching. We offer a service that asks the client to participate fully — because we believe you already have all the answers.
You can’t isolate the issue from the whole. So we believe in coaching an individual as a whole.

Meet The Team

Shez Iqbal, Founder
I have been consulting with and mentoring senior leaders and those rising through the ranks for over a decade.
One day, one of my clients told me I was “a good coach”, and a theme started to develop. It was interesting that my clients had defined part of the service I delivered for them as coaching and it was the part I enjoyed the most.
In parallel to this, I have to admit I had some occasions over my career where my ambition to over-achieve made me a micro-manager, an over zealous colleague and someone in desperate need for a coach himself. Over the years I’ve benefited from a number of coaches who have helped me with both quick wins in the office and invest in longer term self-development.
My knowledge is built on years of leadership, consulting, various short courses in either coaching, negotiation, sales and presentation. That said, over the past year I felt the need to invest in this further and have joined the Co-Active CTI program and community. Co-Active has taught me to treat everyone as Naturally Resourceful, Creative and Whole, using leadership language to evoke in others the realisation of their full potential.
